Which One Is a Fit for You?
Sales Agent—As a sales agent, your role is to sell truckload and intermodal services on our behalf. Con-way Truckload Services operations will handle all dispatch and accounting functions.
Operations Agent—As an operations agent, your role is to establish customer and carrier relationships, as well as perform all dispatch functions. You will have the ability to utilize the vast carrier network established and maintained by Con-way Truckload Services. In addition, Con-way Truckload Services will perform all accounting functions, provide IT support, hold customer and carrier contracts, and maintain broker authority.
