What Mike enjoys most about working at Con-way is the feeling that he is part of one big team, all striving for the same goal: to provide the greatest possible service for their customers. He’s proud of the fact that Con-way employees do whatever it takes to get the job done right and will go out of their way to help each other. As manager of corporate payroll services, Mike is responsible for all payroll processing, accounting and taxes, and mileage capture for the company’s North American operations. He uses accounting and leadership skills to help guide his staff toward achieving team goals.

Mike also appreciates the superior support he receives from management, which ultimately gives him everything he needs to advance in his career and build a full life.
