James Gunterman truly enjoys going to work each day. For James, working for Menlo Worldwide Logistics is more than a job. It represents his family away from home. He has the support of people at work, and knows he can rely on that support when needed.

James joined Menlo through work as a temporary employee. Once he became full-time, he received specific job training from Menlo Worldwide Logistics. Now James oversees all inbound operations for a major Menlo Worldwide Logistics account. He is responsible for accurate and timely reporting on customer issues, metrics and communications. In this lead role, James must be able to work independently while mentoring and encouraging those associates who report directly to him. His job requires attention to detail and superior organizational skills.

James enjoys the communication and camaraderie his warehouse team has established. That teamwork has helped them meet and exceed customer and corporate goals, making their jobs all the more satisfying.
