Con-way Inc. to Release First Quarter Results April 16

(NYSE: CNW) announced today that it has scheduled the release of financial results for the quarter ended March 31, for Wednesday, April 16, after the close of the stock market.  The Company will host a conference call for the investment community at 11:00 a.m. Eastern Daylight Time (8:00 a.m. Pacific) on Thursday, April 17.

Menlo Worldwide Logistics Relocates Asia-Pacific Regional Headquarters

Mar. 25, 2008 - Menlo Worldwide Logistics, LLC, the third-party logistics (3PL) subsidiary of Con-way Inc. (NYSE: CNW), announced today that it will relocate the regional headquarters office of Menlo Worldwide Asia Pacific Pte Ltd. from the Airport Logistics Park of Singapore (ALPS) to a new location at 30 Boon Lay Way near Singapore's Jurong Port and the larger Jurong Industrial Estate.

Michigan Trucking Association Honors Con-way Freight for Safe Driving

Mar. 19, 2008 - Con-way Freight came out a winner at the recent Michigan Trucking Association (MTA) Annual Safety Awards Banquet. The less-than-truckload carrier and subsidiary of Con-way Inc. (NYSE: CNW) today announced that it has been recognized for its exemplary safety record and practices by the MTA. Con-way was honored with a fleet safety plaque for Outstanding Achievement in Highway Safety in the General Commodities division. Con-way also received this award in 2007.

Con-way Freight Turns Back Speed Governors on Trucking Fleet

Mar. 10, 2008 - Con-way Freight, one of the nation's leading less-than-truckload (LTL) freight transportation companies, announced today that it has turned back the speed governors on its 8,400-tractor fleet in a move to improve fuel conservation and reduce carbon emissions. The company has adjusted the governors on its truck engines to run at a maximum of 62 miles per hour, down three miles per hour from previous settings.
