Con-way Inc. Board Declares Quarterly Dividend on Common Stock

Con-way Inc. Reports First Quarter 2007 Results
Apr. 16, 2007 - Con-way Inc. (NYSE:CNW) today reported net income from continuing operations for the first quarter of 2007 of $29.0 million (after preferred stock dividends), or 60 cents per diluted share. The results compared to first quarter 2006 net income from continuing operations of $46.2 million, or 84 cents per diluted share.
