| Summary of Job Description: |
Manage all site issues for the Spansion campus. Position responsible for daily customer communication for any concerns or issues regarding client’s inventory or daily activities. Works collaboratively with client, Sr. Logistics Manager, and departmental staff to assure operational effectiveness, adherence to policies and procedures and maximization of flow for all incoming and outgoing material. Responsible for performing the beginning and end of day processes managing total productivity.

- Problem resolution
- Process development
- Ensure implementation of new strategies and initiatives to effectively meet or exceed these requirements
- Exceed customer metrics (cost, quality, customer service, and supplier performance)
- Ensure safe work environment for all employees
- Administers and communicates company policies
- Manages quality system and continuous process improvement within the facility
- Drive Lean Warehousing System and ISO compliance
- Review performance expectations, planning, feedback and Training and Development
- Financial Management-monthly budget, forecasting, Metrics Manager, planning, AR and AP, pricing models
- Production and labor planning / Optimization
- Warehouse management-RF technology
